USA Hockey Registration
All players must submit their USA Hockey 9-digit registration number &
bar code as evidence of registration as a USA Hockey player. Please
register with USA Hockey at www.usahockey.org
or download your previous
registration.
- Boys' Hockey Teams:
- Tryout Fees & Wayland
Youth Hockey Registration form due at tryout, along with USAH Bar
Code.
- High School & Middle School players will receive invoice for full
tuition.
- All checks
for tryout fees & full season tuition made out to: "Wayland Hockey
Association".
- Girls'
Hockey Teams:
- High School:
Wayland HS Girls Registration Form and USAH Bar Code due to Coach Bill MacDonald
before first tryout. Players will receive invoice from Wayland Hockey
Association for full tuition.
- Middle School & Dev Team: Weston
Skating Club Form, USAH Bar Code, and check payable to
"Weston Skating Club" will be collected by Coach Bill MacDonald.
