Wayland-Weston Hockey Night Results

PostRdCup2018

Once again, the Wayland-Weston Hockey Night was a great event with an awesome atmosphere. Weston Middle School defeated Wayland Middle School 7-2. The Wayland/Weston girls varsity team played tough, but ended up losing 5-2 to Boston Latin. Grace Crowley scored both goals for the WarCats. In the main event, Wayland took on rival Weston to a raucous crowd. After going down 1-0 on a goal by Preston Grundy, the Warriors scored 6 unanswered goals and ended up prevailing 6-2. Goals were scored by Paul Curtin, Mike Boschetto, Jack Crowley, Evan Vassilovski, Joey Lydon, and Joe Lyons. Until next year, the Cup belongs to the Warriors. Thanks for all who sponsored and helped organize such a great event.
